1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and AURA HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS LLC (“the provider”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the Aura Vibe Club membership. Opening an account, starting the free week or using any part of the club means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the club.

theauravibeclub.com is a promotional website run by Globway International B.V., Spoorhaven 44, 2651 AV Berkel en Rodenrijs, the Netherlands, company number 66882915. Signing up and paying happen on the sign-up page that the buttons on this website open.

2. Who can join

Members are 18 or older. By joining you confirm that you have reached that age and that the payment card you use is yours, or that its holder has agreed to you using it. It is up to you to make sure that using the club is allowed where you live.

3. What the club offers

Aura Vibe Club is a browser-based membership for emotional wellbeing. It includes guided meditation, sleep sessions, breathwork, mindfulness for anxiety, a weekly routine that adapts to you, daily suggestions and mood tracking.

Members can also talk to Zeni, an AI companion that gives general, automated suggestions about stress, worry, rest and mindfulness. Zeni is not a professional and does not give medical or psychological advice. We may improve, change or retire parts of the club over time.

4. Your account

You need an account to use the club. Give correct details, keep your password to yourself and remember that you are responsible for what happens in your account. Suspect someone else is using it? Tell us straight away at contact@theauravibeclub.com.

5. Membership and payments

The membership starts with a free week of 7 days. What you need to know:

• Free week. The first 7 days cost nothing. A valid payment card is needed to open the account.
• Renewal. From day eight the membership renews automatically at $39.99 a month until you cancel. By starting the free week you allow us and our payment processor to charge your card at the start of every billing period.
• Card payments. An external processor that meets the PCI-DSS standard handles payments. We never store your full card number.
• New prices. A price change is announced in advance and only applies from the next billing period.
• Tax. Where tax applies it is added at checkout or shown on your receipt.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can end the membership whenever you like. There is no minimum term.

• How. In your account settings, or by email to contact@theauravibeclub.com. The subscription page walks you through it.
• In the free week. Cancel before the 7 days are over and the monthly amount is never charged. You keep access until the week ends.
• After the free week. Cancelling stops all future payments. The membership stays active until the current billing period is over.
• Refunds. A billing period that has begun is not refunded, unless the law requires it. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us and we will review it fairly.

7. Fair use

The club is for your own personal, lawful use. You may not:

• share your account with others, or sell or pass on access to the club;
• copy, change, take apart or build on the club’s software or content;
• disrupt the club or try to get into parts you have no access to;
• use the club for anything illegal, harmful, misleading or infringing; or
• rely on Zeni for professional, medical, legal or emergency decisions.

8. Content and trademarks

The sessions, audio, texts, images, Zeni, the software, names and logos of the club belong to AURA HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS LLC or the parties it licenses them from, and are protected by law. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own wellbeing, which can be withdrawn. Any other use needs our written permission.

9. Health disclaimer

Aura Vibe Club is not a healthcare service. Everything in the club, including Zeni, is general information meant for relaxation and personal growth. It is not a diagnosis, treatment or medical or psychological advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional.

Never ignore or postpone professional advice because of something in the club. In a crisis or emergency, call your local emergency number or a qualified professional immediately.

10. Liability

We provide the club “as is” and “as available”. We give no guarantees, stated or implied, that it is fit for a particular purpose, free of errors or always available, or that it will lead to a specific result.

As far as the law allows, AURA HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS LLC and its staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage, or for loss of data, income or reputation, caused by using or being unable to use the club. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they may not apply to you.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. For important changes we update the date at the top and, where it makes sense, let you know. If you keep using the club after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Applicable law

The laws of the State of Florida, United States apply to these terms, without its rules on conflicts of law. Disputes are handled by the state and federal courts in Florida, unless the law gives you a different option.
