How the free week works, what happens after it, how payments are taken and how you stop, step by step.

The free week
New members get 7 days in the club at no cost. A valid payment card opens the account. In that week everything is available: guided and sleep meditation, breathwork, mindfulness for anxiety, a routine that adapts to you, daily suggestions, mood tracking and as many conversations with Zeni as you want.
The monthly amount is not charged while the free week runs.
After the free week
From day eight the membership continues automatically at $39.99 a month, so your routine carries on. You decide when it ends, inside the free week or any time after; there is no minimum term.
How payments are taken
An external processor that meets the PCI-DSS standard takes the payments. At the start of every billing period the membership amount is taken from your card. Your full card number never reaches us.
Where tax applies it appears at checkout or on your receipt. If a payment fails we can try again or put the account on hold until it is sorted.
How to cancel
You can stop at any moment. No further payments are taken, and you can use the club until the period you are in ends.
- Log in to Aura Vibe Club.
- Go to your account or membership settings.
- Choose to end your membership.
- Confirm the last step.
Rather have us do it? Email contact@theauravibeclub.com from the address you joined with and we let you know when it is done. Stop within the free week and the monthly amount is never charged.
Refunds
Stopping within the free week means you pay nothing. Unless the law says otherwise, a billing period that has already begun is not paid back. Believe a charge is a mistake? Write to contact@theauravibeclub.com and we will look at it fairly.
Changing your card
Keep your payment details up to date so the membership does not pause. You can replace your card in your account settings, and we are happy to help by email.
