Free week and payments
What exactly is free?
The first 7 days of the membership, with every session included. You open the account with a payment card, and after the week the membership continues at $39.99 a month until you stop. The membership page has the details.
When is my card charged for the first time?
On day eight. During the free week nothing is taken.
How do I stop my membership?
In your account settings, or send an email to contact@theauravibeclub.com from the address you joined with. No new payments follow after that.
Is there a refund when I stop halfway?
You keep using the club until the paid period ends. Unless the law says otherwise, a period that has begun is not paid back.
About Zeni
Who or what is Zeni?
Zeni is the AI companion in the club. You can tell it how you feel, ask it about stress, worry or sleep, and it suggests a breath, a session or a routine for today.
Can Zeni replace a therapist?
No. Zeni gives automated wellness information, not medical or psychological advice, and it is not meant for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number or contact a qualified professional.
Is there a limit on how much I talk to Zeni?
No. Members can chat with Zeni as much as they like.
Getting started
I have never meditated. Can I still join?
Of course. The first sessions explain everything step by step, and experienced members use them too.
How much time does a session take?
Usually between four and twelve minutes. Some sleep sessions in the evening last longer.
Which devices work?
Anything with a web browser: phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. There is no app to install.
Does the club work without internet?
No, the sessions are streamed. On a weak connection the sound starts at lower quality and gets better while it loads.

What do you do with my mood check-ins?
They shape your routine and your month view. The privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
